Austin Property Management Services Ltd had an existing website that no longer reflected where the business was. As a lettings and property management company, they needed a platform that communicated professionalism and gave potential landlords and tenants confidence in their services from the moment they arrived on the site.
Beyond the design, there was an operational challenge: the team needed the website to connect with their property CRM system so that listings and management data could be handled in one place rather than maintained separately across two systems.
How we made
it happen.
Working with Katie, we redesigned the Austin Property Management website with a focus on clean navigation, strong imagery, and a presentation of services that is straightforward for both landlords and tenants to understand. The design conveys the reliability and professionalism that property management clients expect.
We integrated the website directly with Austin Property Management's property CRM, allowing data to synchronise between the two systems. This means listings are kept current and management tasks are accessible in one place, removing the manual overhead of maintaining information across separate platforms.
A content management system with blog capability was built in, giving the team the ability to publish advice and insights for landlords and tenants independently. Following launch, we provided comprehensive training to Katie and her team and continued with an ongoing maintenance arrangement.
