Homepage Design & Build
We start with your homepage. It sets the visual tone, the messaging hierarchy, and the user experience for everything that follows. You review it, give feedback, and we refine until you are happy.
Homepage Sign-Off
You approve the homepage before we go any further. This is a deliberate step, not a formality. Getting this right first means the rest of the site follows a clear, agreed direction.
Full Site Build
With the homepage approved, we design and build the remaining pages. Consistent, polished, and held to the same standard throughout.
Launch & Training

01 Is website copy included, or do I need to write my own?
Yes, marketing copy is included as part of every website project. We send you a short questionnaire to gather the key details about your business, your audience, and what sets you apart. From there, we write the copy for your main pages: homepage, service pages, about page, and any other marketing-focused content. We use proven frameworks to make sure the copy does more than fill space. It is written to convert visitors into enquiries. If your site includes specialist or technical content, such as medical, legal, or regulatory pages, that is best handled by you or a dedicated writer who knows the subject.
02 How long does a website take to build?
A typical website takes four to six weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the number of pages and complexity. Before we can start, there is usually a lead time while current projects are completed. We will give you a clear start date when you book so you always know where things stand. If a project pauses and picks back up later, it re-enters the queue rather than resuming immediately.
03 What does a website cost?
Every project is priced individually based on scope: the number of pages, design complexity, and any special features or integrations. Because every site is built from scratch, there is no one-size-fits-all price. What we can say is that as a small agency with low overheads, our pricing is consistently more competitive than larger agencies for the same quality of work. 04 Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. Every project includes a hands-on training session at launch so you are confident managing your own content from day one. The platform we build on is chosen to make everyday updates straightforward, whether that is editing text, adding images, or publishing new pages.
05 Do you only work with local businesses?
Not at all. We are based in Bourne, Lincolnshire, but we work with businesses right across the UK. We even have clients abroad. Everything is managed remotely through video calls, shared project tools, and clear communication. Where you are based has never been a barrier to working together.
06 What happens after my website launches?
Every project includes a 30-day post-launch period where we fix any issues or bugs from the build at no extra cost. This covers anything related to the original build, not changes made after handover. Beyond that, we offer ongoing support packages for regular updates, new pages, and changes whenever you need them. Analytics and Google Search Console are set up at launch so you can track how the site performs from day one.
