Brookfields Consultancy, run by Meggan to help small and medium businesses achieve ISO Certification, needed a redesigned website that better represented her services and made it easy to stay in contact with clients. We rebuilt the site, integrated email marketing, and trained Meggan to manage everything herself.

The starting point
and the problem.
Meggan had an existing website for Brookfields Consultancy, but it wasn't doing justice to the business she had built. She helps small and medium-sized businesses navigate the process of achieving ISO Certification, which requires a website that communicates clarity, trust, and genuine expertise. The existing site fell short on all three.
She also needed a practical way to stay connected with her clients and prospects: sharing updates, resources, and advice on ISO Certification. Without a newsletter or email capability built into the site, that communication was happening outside any structured system.
How we made
it happen.
We redesigned the Brookfields Consultancy website with a clean, professional aesthetic that makes the business and its services immediately understandable to a visitor. The design prioritises clarity, guiding potential clients from their first visit to a point where they feel confident making an enquiry.
Alongside the redesign, we integrated email functionality and newsletter sign-up forms directly into the site. This gives Meggan a structured channel for maintaining contact with her audience, sharing ISO Certification resources, and keeping clients informed about developments relevant to their businesses.
We also built a content management system with a blog, giving Meggan the tools to publish articles and guidance independently. After launch, we provided comprehensive training covering content management, email marketing, and general site upkeep. Meggan continued with ongoing maintenance to keep the site secure and functional.
