Dr Scott Ling is one of Australia's leading Chinese medicine practitioners and acupuncturists, based in Melbourne. We designed and built a custom website to establish his online presence, with training and an ongoing maintenance package to keep it running reliably.

The starting point
and the problem.
Dr Ling had built a strong reputation as a practitioner, but that reputation was largely confined to existing patients and direct referrals. Without a professional website, potential patients researching Chinese medicine and acupuncture in Melbourne had no way to discover him, understand his approach, or assess his qualifications.
For a healthcare practitioner, the website also needs to do something beyond simply listing services: it needs to build trust. Patients considering complementary therapies often arrive with questions and uncertainty. The site needed to clearly explain what Dr Ling does, what qualifications he holds, and what patients can expect.
How we made
it happen.
We designed a website that serves as a comprehensive introduction to Dr Ling's practice. The layout is calm and professional, with clear sections covering his services, qualifications, and the benefits of Chinese medicine and acupuncture. The tone and visual treatment reflect the considered, patient-focused approach he brings to his work.
The site was built to be easy for Dr Ling to manage himself: he can update service information, publish new articles, add testimonials, and keep the site current as his practice evolves. We built the platform with clean navigation and a fully responsive design, so patients can access it on any device.
At the end of the project, we ran a one-hour training session covering how to update text and images, publish articles, and carry out basic site maintenance. Dr Ling also opted for our website maintenance package, ensuring the site stays secure and up to date with technical improvements over time.
