Fire and Spice is a high-end Indian restaurant located within the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at Marble Arch, London. We designed and built a website that matches the quality of their cuisine and atmosphere, giving diners a compelling first impression before they walk through the door.

The starting point
and the problem.

A restaurant of Fire and Spice's calibre, situated within a prestigious London hotel, needed a website that matched the experience it delivers. What existed before did not do the food, the atmosphere, or the location justice. For a venue where first impressions matter as much as the meal itself, a weak online presence was a genuine commercial problem.

Potential diners often make decisions based on what they see online before ever visiting. The website needed to be visually striking, easy to navigate, and make it straightforward for guests to browse the menu and book a table.

How we made
it happen.

We designed a website that captures the vibrancy and sophistication of Fire and Spice's dining experience. High-quality photography of dishes and the restaurant interior is placed throughout, drawing visitors in and giving them a genuine sense of what awaits them. Cultural elements from Indian design were woven into the visual treatment, reflecting the authenticity of the cuisine while the overall aesthetic remains upscale and contemporary.

The site was built to be fully responsive, because potential diners are often browsing on a mobile while deciding where to eat. Navigation is intuitive, with a clear path from landing page to menu and straight through to table booking. We gave particular attention to site speed and SEO, ensuring Fire and Spice appears prominently in relevant searches and pages load quickly on any connection.

We provided a one-hour training session at the end of the project, covering how to update the menu, manage bookings, and keep the site content fresh as the restaurant's offering evolves.
