Flairlight is a specialist lighting solutions provider with an extensive product range. We redesigned and rebuilt their website as a professional product showcase, with a catalogue browsing experience, direct enquiry capability, training, and an ongoing maintenance package.

The starting point
and the problem.
Flairlight's product range is extensive and carefully curated, but their existing website was not doing it justice. A business at the quality end of the lighting market needs an online presence that communicates that quality at a glance, and what they had was not achieving that.
Flairlight's business model centres on consultation and bespoke specification rather than direct online transactions: customers browse the range, identify what they need, and then engage directly. The website needed to reflect that model, presenting the full catalogue clearly and making it easy for visitors to enquire, without pushing them towards a checkout that did not suit how they work.
How we made
it happen.
We designed a clean, contemporary website that prioritises product discovery. The design is precise and considered, using high-quality imagery and detailed product descriptions to help visitors understand the breadth and quality of Flairlight's range. The visual treatment reflects the premium nature of their products.
Rather than a standard transactional e-commerce setup, we built a product showcase platform: customers can explore the entire catalogue, view products in detail, and submit enquiries directly from any product page. This kept the purchasing model intact while giving the online experience the polish and structure it needed.
The site was built to be fully responsive, providing a consistent experience across devices. At the end of the project, we ran a one-hour training session covering how to add new products, update existing listings, and manage content. Flairlight also took on our maintenance package, which covers regular updates, security monitoring, and technical support.
