Frank Modern were launching their estate agency with clear ambitions: to be seen as a modern, professional alternative in the Peterborough property market. They needed a website that reflected that positioning from the start. A generic template would undermine the brand they were building, so the site had to feel distinctive and well-considered.
Practically, they also needed the website to function as an operational tool. Property listings needed to stay current, which meant connecting the site directly to their CRM rather than relying on manual updates. How we made

The design we produced is clean and modern, with property listings as the focal point and clear navigation that makes browsing straightforward on any device.
A critical part of the build was integrating the website with StreetCRM, Frank Modern's chosen property management system. This connection means property listings update automatically, client enquiries feed directly into their workflow, and the team spend their time on clients rather than manually synchronising data between systems.
Before handover, we ran a comprehensive one-hour training session covering how to post new listings, update content, and manage the site day to day. Frank Modern then signed up for ongoing maintenance, keeping the site secure and current as their business grows.
