Hill Home Survey is an independent residential surveying firm with 20 years of local market experience in Peterborough. We designed and built a custom website with animations, a CMS for blogs and testimonials, and two dedicated SEO service pages to strengthen their visibility in local search.

The starting point
and the problem.
Hill Home Survey is an independent residential surveying firm offering comprehensive home survey and valuation services to clients across the Peterborough area. With two decades of local experience behind them, the firm has built a strong reputation for accuracy and customer care. But without a website that reflected that expertise, reaching new clients online was harder than it needed to be.
They needed a site that would communicate their professional credentials clearly, showcase the range of survey and valuation services they offer, and give potential clients a straightforward way to get in touch. It also needed to support their longer-term goal of building search visibility in their local market.
As well as the main website, they identified two specific service areas where they wanted dedicated, SEO-optimised pages to improve their ranking for relevant local searches and drive more enquiries from people actively looking for those services.
How we made
it happen.
We designed the website to reflect Hill Home Survey's brand identity and their commitment to accuracy and client care. The design is professional and easy to navigate, with services clearly laid out and a structure that guides visitors naturally towards making an enquiry. We built the site with a fully responsive layout and advanced interactions and animations throughout, giving key sections visual interest while maintaining a clear, trustworthy feel appropriate for a professional services firm.
To make the site practical to manage over time, we built a CMS for both blog posts and client testimonials. Blog content gives the firm a way to demonstrate their expertise and build search authority over time, while testimonials provide the social proof that matters to clients choosing a surveyor for a significant purchase. Both can be updated independently without technical help.
Alongside the main site, we created two dedicated SEO service pages, each built around the specific terms and queries that prospective clients in the local area are likely to search for. These pages give Hill Home Survey a stronger foothold in organic search results for their most important service areas.
