The starting point
and the problem.
Jenny Hasan had a clear specialism and a genuine mission: helping women in their 30s, 40s and beyond navigate hormonal health challenges, particularly around menopause. But without a website, she had no way to reach the women who needed her, and no platform to communicate the depth of her expertise.
The challenge wasn't simply to build a website. It needed to feel warm and trustworthy from the first page, reflecting the sensitivity of the health issues her clients are dealing with. A clinical or generic design would have been the wrong note entirely. The site also needed to make it easy for visitors to understand her services and take the next step towards booking.
How we made
it happen.
We designed the Jenny Hasan website with her audience at the centre of every decision. The colour palette, typography, and imagery all work together to create a welcoming, professional presence that feels approachable rather than detached. Visitors dealing with hormonal health challenges need to feel that they are in the right place before they scroll past the first section.
The site is structured to guide visitors clearly through Jenny's services and expertise, with messaging that speaks directly to the experiences of her target audience. Navigation is intuitive, and the path from landing on the site to making an enquiry is as short and frictionless as possible.
We provided a one-hour training session on content management, blog posting, and keeping the site current, so Jenny could manage her online presence without relying on external support for routine updates.
