The starting point
and the problem.
Lisa Unger specialises in supporting individuals with emotional and eating disorders, an area of work that requires immediate trust from visitors arriving at her site. Without an online presence, she had no way to reach potential clients outside her existing network or present her approach in a way that would give people confidence to reach out.
