Lords is a prestigious family-run bespoke jewellery company at the heart of London, celebrated for its craftsmanship and exclusive designs. We built a new e-commerce website that reflects the luxury of their high street shop and gives customers the ability to browse and buy their pieces online.

The starting point
and the problem.
Lords had built a strong reputation as a destination for bespoke jewellery in London, but their existing website fell well short of reflecting that reputation. For a business where perception and presentation are integral to the product, a website that did not communicate the quality and exclusivity of their pieces was actively damaging.
Expanding their retail reach beyond the physical shop required more than a simple refresh. Lords needed an online platform capable of presenting bespoke jewellery beautifully and allowing customers to purchase securely, manage their accounts, and engage with the brand in a way that matched the experience in store.
How we made
it happen.
We started with design, building a visual identity for the site that reflects the elegance and craftsmanship Lords is known for. High-resolution imagery sits at the centre of the experience, showcasing each piece with the clarity it deserves. The interface is clean and refined, with navigation that guides customers through the collection without distraction.
The e-commerce platform was custom-built to handle the unique nature of bespoke jewellery retail. It supports secure checkout with multiple payment options, inventory management, and order tracking, giving the Lords team the tools to manage their online business as effectively as their physical shop. Product listings were built to accommodate detailed descriptions and multiple images per piece.
Following launch, we ran a training session covering product updates, content management, and order handling. Lords also took on our ongoing maintenance package, which covers regular updates, security checks, and technical support, so the site stays as reliable as the jewellery it sells.
