Robert J. Goodson Ltd. had built a strong reputation as an independent insurance broker, known for tailoring commercial and personal insurance policies to the precise needs of each client. With access to over 130 different agencies, they could offer something most brokers couldn't, but their digital presence didn't communicate that advantage.

Existing and prospective clients needed to be able to find clear information about the range of policies available, understand the Goodson approach, and know how to get in touch with confidence. The website needed to convey trust and professionalism from the first moment someone landed on it.
