Well Dog Hydrotherapy

Veterinary Services

Well Dog Hydrotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre in Peterborough needed a website redesign that would better reflect the specialist care Stacey provides for dogs. We redesigned and rebuilt the site and delivered training so Stacey could manage her online presence independently.

Well Dog Hydrotherapy
The Challenge

The starting point
and the problem.

Stacey had been running Well Dog Hydrotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre for some time, but her existing website wasn't communicating the quality and specialism of her services. Pet owners researching hydrotherapy and rehabilitation for their dogs need to feel confident in the practitioner they choose, and a website that doesn't reflect that standard works against the business.

She needed a site that clearly explained the benefits of canine hydrotherapy, showcased her services, and gave visiting pet owners the information and confidence they needed to make an enquiry.

Our Approach

How we made
it happen.

We redesigned the Well Dog Hydrotherapy website with a clear focus on the audience: pet owners who want the best for their dogs and are researching specialist care. The design is warm and visually engaging, with intuitive navigation and detailed information about the hydrotherapy and rehabilitation services offered at the centre.

The content is structured to educate as well as inform, helping visitors understand the benefits of hydrotherapy for dogs and what to expect when they bring their pet to the centre. This educational approach helps build confidence in Stacey's expertise before a visitor ever picks up the phone.

Once the site was live, we provided comprehensive training covering content management, blog posting, and general site upkeep, equipping Stacey to manage her own online presence without relying on external support for routine changes.

The Results

What we
delivered.

  1. 01Full website redesign for a canine hydrotherapy and rehabilitation specialist
  2. 02Warm, engaging design built to build trust with pet owners
  3. 03Detailed service information explaining the benefits of canine hydrotherapy
  4. 04CMS with blog capability for publishing content independently
  5. 05Training on content management, blog posting, and site maintenance
  6. 06Google Analytics set up to track visitor activity

Well Dog Hydrotherapy now has a website that genuinely reflects the quality of care Stacey provides and gives pet owners the information they need to feel confident making an enquiry. The redesigned site is a more accurate representation of the business and a more effective tool for attracting new clients.

Stacey manages the site independently following the training we provided, and the platform is set up to support her as the centre continues to grow.
